摘要
目的建立薏苡仁、麦芽、绿豆中玉米赤霉烯酮的测定方法.方法样品经90%乙腈提取、免疫亲和柱净化后,用高效液相色谱-荧光检测器法进行分析测定,阳性样品采用LC-MS-MS进一步确证.结果玉米赤霉烯酮在125~3 750 pg范围内进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 9,加样回收率在96.6%~114.7%之间.结论本法重复性好、灵敏度高、定量快速准确,可作为薏苡仁、麦芽、绿豆中玉米赤霉烯酮残留的测定方法.
Objective To establish a method for the determination of residual zearalenone in coicis semen,wheat germ and mung bean.Methods Samples were extracted by 90%(v/v)acetonitrile and purified by immunoaffinity column.Zearalenone was analyzed by HPLC with fluorescence detection.The positive samples was confirmed by LC-MS-MS.Results The linear range of zearalenone was 125~3 750 pg(r=0.999 9),the average recovery was 96.6%~114.7%.Conclusion The method was reproducible,sensitive and accurate for the determination of residual zearalenone in coicis semen,wheat germ and mung bean.
