摘要
针对于推进器出口的流量为10-2m3/h数量级的小型喷水推进器,采用了能够测量小流量的切向式涡轮流量传感器测量推进器的流量。在对传感器详细分析的基础上,应用流体力学软件对其进行了数值仿真,并将仿真结果和实验结果比较,仪表系数相对误差最大值为5.70%,结果表明:提出的模型能反映传感器内部流体的流动状态,为应用于小流量喷水推进器的分析提供可靠的仿真模型。
According to the exit flow 10-2m3/h size small water jet propulsion system, this paper adopts the measurement for tangential turbine flow sensor for measuring the flow of the propeller. Based on detailed analysis of the sensor, the numerical simulation applied of CFD software. Comparison the simulation results with experimental results, the maximum relative error of meter factor is 5.70 % , the results show that the model can accurately analysis the sensor fluid flow state, applied to the small water jet propulsor numerical analysis simulation.
