摘要 白介素-10(interleukin-10,IL-10)是一种由多种细胞生成的具有多种生物学活性的免疫调节性细胞因子。机体受到病原生物感染后,巨噬细胞、树突状细胞、CD4+Th细胞、调节性T细胞、CD8+Th细胞、B细胞、中性粒细胞及自然杀伤细胞等免疫细胞均可产生IL-10。该文对各种免疫细胞产生IL-10过程中涉及的一系列机制进行综述。 Interleukin-10 (IL-10) is an important cytokine with various biological activity and immuno- regulatory function. It is now known that IL-10 is produced by macrophages, dendritic cells, CD4 + Th cells, regulatory T cells, CD8+Th cells, B cells, neutrophils and natural killer cells under infection. A series of mechanisms related to IL-10 production by a variety of immunocytes were reviewed in this paper.
