摘要
目的:观察腧穴热敏化壮医药线点灸治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法:采用腧穴热敏化壮医药线点灸治疗类风湿关节炎30例。结果:治疗8周后,总有效率96.7%;治疗后主要症状体征较治疗前均有显著性改善(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗后CRP、ESR、RF均较治疗前低(P<0.05)。结论:腧穴热敏化壮医药线点灸治疗类风湿关节炎有良好的临床疗效。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of moxibustion with drug-line of Zhuang medicine causing acu-points of heat treating rheumatoid arthritis.Methods：To use the method of moxibustion with drug-line of Zhuang medicine causing acu-points of heat to treat 30 cases of rheumatoid arthritis.Results：After treatment for eight weeks,the total effective rate was 96.7%;compared before treatment,the data showed statistically significant improvement in the main symptoms and signs（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）;measurements of CRP,ESR and Rf were smaller than that before treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The method of moxibustion with drug-line of Zhuang medicine causing acu-points of heat treating rheumatoid arthritis shows good effect in clinic practice.
