传染性软疣是一种慢性、缠绵难愈、具有传染性的病毒性皮肤病。作者根据本病的皮损特征及相关临床表现,认为其发病机理与痰有密切关系。治以理气健脾、燥湿化痰、软坚散结,方用自拟二陈加味汤水煎内服,收效显著。

Infectious molluscum is a kind of chronic,infectious and viral dermatosis with character of being difficult to be cured.In this study,it was considered that its pathogenesis was correlated with phlegm closely based on its skin lesions characteristics and related clinical symptoms.Self-made Chinese medicine,Ercheng Jiawei decoction has the function of regulating breath,tonifying spleen,removing dampness to reduce phlegm and resolving hard lump,so it can obtain notable results in treating this illness
