《伤寒论》十分重视胃气,无论从发病学,还是从治疗学之辨证、立法、方药、禁忌,以及传变预后、调养护理等,自始至终都广大而精微地贯穿了仲师顾护中土胃气且以和为度的学术思想,这种思想源于《内经》,又不断被后世医家实践和完善,直至今天,仍有效而广泛地指导着临床实践。文章现对《伤寒论》顾护调养中之胃气观择其菁要,简介如下。
