摘要
目的:观察外寒对小鼠血清lgG(IgG-S)和呼吸道lgG(IgG-R)的影响。方法:50只昆明小鼠随机分为5组:常温对照组、4℃7天组、4℃14天组、0℃7天组、0℃14天组,置于人工气候箱中处理后取小鼠胸腺与脾脏称重,ELISA法检测IgG-S和IgG-R。结果:4℃7天组、4℃14天组、0℃7天组、0℃14天组小鼠胸腺系数和脾脏系数较常温对照组降低,IgG-S和IgG-R较常温对照组明显升高,差异具有显著性意义。结论:外寒伤阳,肺卫受损,机体免疫力降低,肺部出现感染导致IgG浓度升高。
Objective:To investigate the effects of external cold on IgG-S and IgG-R of mice.Methods:50 Kun-min mice were divided into five groups:normal,4℃/7d group,4℃/14d group,0℃/7d group and 0℃/14d group.They were put into different temperature-controlled boxes,then samples were collected to measure IgG-S and IgG-R with ELISA and the thymus and spleen were weighed.Results:Compared with the normal group,IgG-S and IgG-R of the 4℃/7d group,4℃/14d group,0℃/7d group and 0℃/14d group were higher,the spleen coefficient and thymus coefficient were significantly reduced(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The external cold impaired yang and damaged the immunological function,which induced the pulmonary infection and the elevation of the IgG.
