辛伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛伴高脂血症患者临床观察

Simvastatin Treatment of Unstable Angina and the Clinical Observation of Patients with Hyperlipidemia

目的:观察辛伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛伴高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:将80例符合标准的不稳定型心绞痛伴高脂血症的患者随机分为两组,每组40例,两组患者无显著差异,具有可比性。对照组给予常规治疗和饮食控制,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上,给予辛伐他汀进行治疗。治疗24周,观察治疗前后两组患者心绞痛症状的发作次数和频率、心电图ST段改变及血脂水平。结果:治疗组患者的血脂水平显著降低,临床总有效率优于对照组。结论:辛伐他汀对不稳定型心绞痛伴高脂血症患者具有良好疗效。

Objective：Observe the clinical efficacy of simvastatin treatment of unstable angina and hyperlipidemia.Method： 80 patients met the criteria of unstable angina in patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups,each group of 40 cases,patients were no significant differences were comparable.The control group received conventional therapy and dietary control,the treatment group,control group treatment on the basis of simvastatin treatment.24 weeks of treatment,before and after treatment the number of episodes and the frequency of the two groups of patients with symptoms of angina,ST segment changes and lipid levels.Result： Patients treated with lipid levels significantly reduced the total clinical effective rate than the control group.Conclusion： Simvastatin for hyperlipidemia in patients with unstable angina has a good effect.
