自拟益气固表汤治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染临床疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察自拟益气固表汤合脾氨肽口服冻干粉防治小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法:将反复呼吸道感染患儿60例随机分为治疗、对照两组,各30例。治疗组用自拟益气固表汤合口服脾氨肽口服冻干粉治疗,对照组单用口服脾氨肽口服冻干粉治疗。结果:治疗组各项免疫球蛋白值提高均优于对照组;治疗组与对照组显效率和总有效率分别为53.3%、43.3%与93.3%、76.7%,两组总有效率差异有显著性意义,P<0.05。结论:自拟益气固表汤合脾氨肽口服冻干粉防治小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效好,临床上值得推广应用。 Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Yiqi Gubiao decoction(YQGBD) and spleen aminopeptide oral lyophilized powder treating children with recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRTI).Methods:60 cases of infants with recurrent respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group treated with spleen aminopeptide oral lyophilized powder,and treatment group with YQGBD and spleen aminopeptide oral lyophilized powder.Results:The immunoglobulin levels of treatment group obviously better than the control group.The improvement rate and the total effective rate of treatment group were 53.3% and 93.3%.The improvement rate and the total effective rate of control group were 43.3% and 76.6%.There was significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Gubiao decoction combined with spleen aminopeptide oral lyophilized powder in the treatment of RRTI should have a significant effect.Clinically worth extending.
