丹参注射液联合MPT方案在降低多发性骨髓瘤患者血黏滞度中的作用

Efficacy of Danshen Injection and MPT Regimen on Reducing the Viscosity of Patients with Multiple Myeloma

目的:探讨丹参注射液联合MPT方案在降低多发性骨髓瘤患者血液黏滞度中的作用。方法:将52例多发性骨髓瘤患者随机分为两组:治疗组丹参注射液加MPT方案化疗27例,对照组MPT方案化疗25例,在治疗前后,比较临床症状改善情况,测定全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度以及红细胞聚集指数,观察血液流变学相关指标的改变。结果:丹参注射液联合MPT方案治疗后患者血液流变学指标均不同程度降低。结论:在MPT方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤的同时应用丹参注射液,可降低血黏度,改善微循环。

Objective：To explore the effection of reducing the viscosity of the patients with multiple myeloma with Danshen injection plus MPT regimen.Methods：52 patients with multiple myeloma were randomly divided into two groups：27 cases in the treatment group were treated by Danshen injection and MPT regimen,25 cases in the control group were only treated by MPT regimen.The change of the clinical symptoms,whole blood high and low viscosity,plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation indexes were compared in the two groups during the course of treatment.Result：The hemorheology all reduced with Danshen injection plus MPT regimen.Conclusion：It can significantly reduce blood viscosity and improve microcirculation by adding Danshen Injection to the treatment of multiple myeloma with MPT regimen.
