中西医结合保守治疗异位妊娠临床观察

Integrative Conservative Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy Clinical Observation

目的:探讨甲氨蝶呤配伍消症方保守治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法:134例异位妊娠患者,随机均分为观察组和治疗组,观察组予单次臀部肌注甲氨蝶呤50mg/m2,治疗组同时口服消症方,每日1剂,浓煎500mL,早晚分2次服用,1周为1个疗程。治疗期间两组患者均用B超和血HCG值检测。结果:对照组中治愈45例患者,22例患者全部转为急症手术,总有效率67.16%。治疗组中治愈64例患者,只有3例因腹痛加重及血HCG升高而转行手术,总有效率95.52%。结论:甲氨蝶呤配伍消症方保守治疗异位妊娠安全有效、简便经济,值得推广。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of methotrexate compatibility ectopic pregnancy,conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods：134 cases of ectopic pregnancy,were randomly divided into observation group and treatment group,and observe the group were given a single intramuscular injection buttocks methotrexate 50mg/m2,the treatment group at the same time oral ectopic pregnancy on the 1st daily a thick fried 500mL,sooner or later,divided into 2 doses,one week course of treatment.During the treatment period patients in both groups with B-ultrasonography and serum HCG values detected.Results：There were 45 cases of cured patients,all 22 patients into emergency surgery,the total efficiency of 67.16%.Treatment group,64 patients were cured,only three cases because of increased abdominal pain and elevated serum HCG and switch to the surgery,the total efficiency of 95.52%.Conclusion：Methotrexate compatibility ectopic pregnancy on the 1st of conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy is safe and effective,simple and inexpensive,it is worth promoting.
