舌三针结合自拟通络开窍汤治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难临床观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察舌三针结合自拟通络开窍汤治疗脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者的疗效。方法:将120例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例,治疗组采用针刺"舌三针"结合自拟通络开窍汤进行治疗,对照组采用针刺"舌三针"治疗。两组在治疗前、后吞咽障碍程度采用洼田饮水试验进行评估。结果:治疗后两组患者的吞咽障碍程度评分均较治疗前明显改善,治疗后治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺"舌三针"结合自拟通络开窍汤治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难较单纯采用针灸治疗具有更好的疗效。 Objective:To study the effect of improving the difficulty in swallowing after stroke.Methods:M120 patients of difficulty in swallowing after strok were randomly divided into placebo group(n=60)and treatment group(n=60).Treatment group were treated by tongue three-pin combine self meridians opens into the soup,while placebo group were treated by tongue three-pin.Difficulty in swallowing of the two groups were assessed by depression Tian drinking water test.Result:The scores of two groups of the difficulty in swallowing were improved after treatment,the effect in treatment group were better than placebo group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The effect that were treated by tongue three-pin combined self meridians opens into the soup were better than treated only by tongue three-pin.
