高效液相法测定白癜风颗粒中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素含量

Determination of Psoralen and Isopsoralen in Baidianfeng Particle by HPLC

目的:采用HPLC法测定白癜风颗粒中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量。方法:C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱;柱温:25℃;流动相:甲醇-水(47:53);检测波长:246nm。结果:补骨脂素5.08～40.64μg线性关系良好,r=0.9998,精密度实验RSD为0.93%,平均回收率为100.22%(RSD=1.81%,n=6);异补骨脂素在6.20～49.60μg之线性关系良好,r=0.9998,精密度实验RSD为0.72%,平均回收率为99.88%(RSD=1.40%,n=6)。结论:所采用方法准确、可靠,可行性及重复性良好,可用于白癜风颗粒的质量控制。

Objective：To establish a determination method of psoralen and isopsoralen in baidianfeng particle.Methods：The content of poralen and isopsoralen was determined by HPLC with methanol water（47：53）as mobile phase,detection wave length at 246nm.Results：Psoralen showed a good linear relationship at the rang of 5.08~40.64μg,r=0.9998.The RSD of measurement precision test was 0.93%.The average recovery was 100.22%（RSD=1.81%,n=6）.Isopsoralen showed a good linear relationship at the rang of 6.20~49.60μg,r=0.9998.The RSD of measurement precision test was 0.72%,The average recovery was 99.88%（RSD=1.40%,n=6）.Conclusion：The methods are accurate,reliable and available with reproducibility and can control the quality of this particle effectively.
