摘要
为了研究西北五省区能源消费与经济发展的协调状况,利用2002—2008年的有关数据,运用面板数据模型、协调度计算等方法,对西北五省区能源消费与经济发展的协调状况进行了研究。面板数据模型、协调度测算的结果分别表明:这一时期,西北五省区经济发展、能源消费、能源效率三系统之间相互协调;但从协调度所处阶段来看,部分年份,宁夏、新疆、青海等省份处在濒临失调、基本协调的阶段,陕西、甘肃处在协调发展阶段。针对西北五省区这一时期的协调状况,提出了以企业为主导、政府监督的形式提高能源的使用效率,有选择性的引进东部转移产业,加强对清洁能源的开发与利用等建议,提升西北五省区能源消费与经济发展的协调性。
This paper uses 2002-2008 data and panel data mode, coordination calculation to study the coordination between energy consumption and economic development in northwestern five provinces, with results showing a mutual coordination among economic development, energy consumption and energy efficiency, but facing loosing coordination or basic coordination stage sometimes in Ningxia, Xinjiang and Qinghai, and in developing coordination stage in Shaanxi and Gansu. This paper presents suggestions on raising energy efficiency under a leading of enterprises and a supervision of government, adopting the transferred industries from eastern, and developing the clean energy, which can promote the coordination between energy consumption and economic development in northwestern five provinces.
