关于矿山遥感监测实施效果评估的思考 被引量:4

摘要 首先简要地介绍了矿山遥感监测及实施的具体情况,指出了矿山遥感监测实施效果评估的必要性。在此基础上,遵循"可操作性、整体性、关键性和动态性"的原则,依据效果、效益、效率"三效"相统一的目标,构建了矿山遥感监测实施效果评估的指标体系。最后,对矿山遥感监测实施效果评估的方法提出了自己的见解,描绘出了具体的推进路线图,这对推进全国矿山遥感监测实施效果的评估工作具有借鉴意义。 This paper gives a brief introduction to the implementation of mine remote sensing monitoring, and presents the necessity to evaluate the implementation effect. According to operability, integrity, key and dynamic rules, this paper establishes an index system based on effect, benefits and efficiency, and presents views on the evaluation methods, and illustrates a detailed approach, which is of reference in promoting the evaluation of implementation effect of mine remote sensing monitoring.
