财经实验教学课件具有实验仿真性强、提高学生的实验兴趣、缩短实验时间、强化技能训练的功能。然 而在实验教学课件开发中还存在一些问题，主要是在实验教学课件开发中存在着忽视实验教学理论，过分依赖计算 机技术人员，技能训练不突出、开发和使用成本偏高等问题。针对以上实验教学课件开发中的问题，本文提出以下 对策：采取以实验教学理论为指导、以专业实验教师为主体、以技能训练为主要功能、以功能成本分析为工具等措 施，才能保证实验课件的功能和质量。

The author looks into the existing problems and comes up with countermeasures in the courseware developments for finance and economics specialities. Low-quality courseware are be ing developed, with insufficient concern for skills training, produced and to be used at high cost due to the fact that courseware developments are left solely in the hands of computer ex perts, without sufficient theoretical concerns. Countermeasures include the following: Coursewares should be developed under theoretical guidance, with sufficient involvement of laboratory staff, emphasising skills-training, fully concerned with the cost--effectiveness and high guarantee of sound functions and qualities.
