不同剂量α-硫辛酸对卡那霉素所致豚鼠耳聋后听觉诱发电位的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察不同剂量α-硫辛酸对卡那霉素所致豚鼠耳聋后听觉诱发电位的影响。方法将豚鼠随机分为7组,给予KM 400mg/(kg.d)用药,同时给予不同剂量的LA 37.5~75mg/(kg.d),应用7d,停药后观察豚鼠的一般行为;检测ABR各波潜伏期、间期及阈值改变。结果Ⅰ组(正常对照组)、Ⅴ组37.5mg/(kg.d)LA治疗组)~Ⅶ75mg/(kg.d)LA)组之间的各波的潜伏期、Ⅰ~Ⅲ波间期及阈值的差异,无统计学意义。Ⅲ组(LA组)和Ⅳ组(25mg/(kg.d)LA治疗组):各波的潜伏期;以及Ⅰ~Ⅲ波间期稍微延长,阈值稍高,较其他组的差异,有统计学意义。结论 37.5~75mg/(kg.d)LA确实能拮抗KM的耳毒性,起到保护豚鼠耳蜗毛细胞的作用。
