摘要
本文介绍一种基于ifix5.0与赛摩6105B仪表(以下简称SM6105B仪表)的自动配料系统,重点介绍系统的结构组成、工艺流程、总线架构、硬件选型和软硬件组态的实现及ifix监控系统。项目实施后有利于进行自动定量配料,称重数据自动记录及管理,确保各物料的配比速度快、精度高,提高工作效率。
This article introduces a kind of automatic batching system based on ifixS.0 and SM6105B weighing instruments, focuses on structure, process flow, bus architecture, hardware selection, software, hardware configuration realization and ifix monitoring system. After the implementation of the project, it plays an advantage role to automatically quantitative hatching, to be automatic records and management of weighing data, to ensure that the material ratio of high speed, high accuracy and improve the work efficiency.
