摘要
在沿价值链攀升过程中,印度软件服务外包逐步实现了产业升级。印度软件服务外包沿价值链攀升的推动力量包括:大量的专业技术人才以及金字塔式的人才结构、来自欧美市场的高端服务需求、软件服务外包市场的激烈竞争和以国际质量认证为核心的管理体制。借鉴印度的经验,从加快沿价值链攀升的速度、鼓励企业跨国并购、加强与国际规范和标准对接、多渠道培养和引进人才四个方面,提出了促进中国软件服务外包产业升级的路径和措施。
During the process of the rise along the value chain, Indian software service outsourcing industry has gradually realized industrial upgrading. The driving forces of Indian software service outsourcing to rise along the value chain include: large numbers of professional and technical personnel, pyramid talent structure, high-end services needs from European and American markets, fierce competition of software service outsourcing market and International Quality Certification - centred management system. And the paths and measures to improve Chinese software service outsourcing industry are put forward in four aspects by drawing from Indian experience: speeding up the rise along the value chain, encouraging transnational enterprise merger, strengthening the integration with international codes and standards, and training and bringing in talents in multiple channels.
