摘要 采用高温动态腐蚀试验模拟炼厂的实际工况,通过失重法研究了温度、介质流速对塔河高硫原油及其馏分油腐蚀性的影响以及不同材料的耐腐蚀性能。研究结果表明,20G,Cr5Mo,0Cr13,Cr18-8四种材料对高硫油的耐蚀性能依次增强;并且随着温度和流速的增大,材料的腐蚀速率也随之增大,其中温度的影响大于流速的影响。另外研究发现,高硫原油在超过288℃条件下Cr5Mo的腐蚀速率较大,应提高材质等级。 A high temperature dynamic corrosion experiment equipment has been developed for simulated refining reality corrosion environment.The effect of temperature and velocity to the corrosivity of Tahe crude oil and its fractions,and the resisting corrosion of differ material was investigated.The experimental results indicated that the four steels offer the resisting corrosion performance in the order of 20G〈Cr5Mo〈0Cr13〈Cr18-8.The corrosion ratio of steels increases with the increase of temperature,and the effect of temperature more than velocity.In addition,the high corrosion ratio of Cr5Mo was found at exceeding 288 ℃ position in the processing of refining high sulfur crude oil.It is suggested that material of construction was enhanced.
