摘要
针对如何降低低温储罐中的热应力,提出了简单设计方法,该方法通过选择拉带倾斜角,使得内筒在低温下的轴向和径向收缩变形所引起的沿拉带方向的变形分量与拉带本身的热变形互相抵消,从而显著减小了拉带中的平均热应力。采用有限元分析进行了验证,结果表明,所提出的简化计算方法行之有效,可用于低温储罐的工程设计。
A simple design method was proposed in order to decrease the thermal stress in the cryogenic tanks.By choosing a reasonable incline angle of connecting strip,thermal deformations along the connection strip produced by contractions of the inner cylinder and itself are canceled and thus the membrane thermal stress in the connection strip is significantly decreased.To prove this method,finite element analysis was also carried out.Results show that the proposed method is effective and can be used in the engineering design of cryogenic tanks.
