A common used rapid non -destructive testing equipment for testing pavement deflection, pave- ment asphalt layer thickness, pavement flatness and pavement friction coefficient is introduced. Distinctions, merits and demerits of new type rapid non - destructive testing technology and traditional testing technology are discussed. Based on this, development direction and application prospect of rapid non - destructive testing technology in high- way engineering construction and maintenance process are analyzed.
