摘要 文章介绍了铜铟镓硒(CIGS)薄膜太阳能电池的产业链结构和生产技术、工艺流程、生产设备、检测设备、主要原材料及其产供销等发展现状,并对其发展前景进行展望。 The paper introduces the structure of industry chain, production technology, teehnique process, production equipment, inspection equipment, main raw material and the development status quo of production, supply and marketing of CIGS thin film solar cell and the prospect of the industry.
