摘要
强化建设项目质量管理对促进建设企业发展具有重要意义。文章阐述了建筑企业应从质量计划的编制实施、质量保证、质量控制3个方面加强对建筑施工项目全过程的质量监控,并提出建筑施工项目质量控制的具体措施。
Strengthening the quality management of construction projects has great significance for the development of construction industry. The paper elaborates that constnletion industry should strengthen quality supervision in construction from three perspectives, the implementation of quality plan, quality guarantee and quality control and puts forward concrete measures to control construction quality.
