做好人事管理对加快企业发展和提高企业竞争力具有重要作用。文章从树立服务理念、做好员工培训、合理配置人才资源、坚持以人为本、协作各方关系、加强人事部门自身建设六大方面阐述了企业如何做好人事管理工作。
Personnel management plays an important role in the development of an enterprise and the improvement of its competitiveness.
