摘要
以23年生红富士为试材,于2011年8月25日、9月10日和9月25日在新泰龙廷镇土门村果园分别进行了修剪,修剪量大约控制在营养枝的25%~30%。结果发现:8月25日修剪的果树,单果重比对照低10%左右,但果实着色指数提高了20%左右;9月10日进行修剪的果树,果实着色指数提高了18%左右,单果重、果形指数、硬度和可溶性固形物略有提高,但差异性没有达到显著水平;9月25日修剪的果树,单果重、硬度和可溶性固形物与对照相比几乎没有差异。试验结果表明,红富士进行秋剪的最佳时间是9月10日前后。
The 23 - year - old Red Fuji apple trees located on Tumen Village, Xintai City, Shandong Province were used to study the effects of fall - pruning on their fruit quality. The fall - pruning was separately performed on August 25, September 10 and September 25, and 25% ~ 30% of vegetative branches were pruned. The results showed that the single fruit weight of Red Fuji apple trees pruned on August 25 reduced by about 10% , but the coloring index improved about 20% compared to the control. There were no significant difference in single fruit weight, fruit - ship index, firmness of flesh and soluble solid between the trees pruned on September 10 and the control, but the coloring index of pruned tree increased by 18%. The fruit quality of the trees pruned on September 25 had no obvious difference with that of the control. The results indicated that the optimal fall -pruning time was about September 10 for Red Fuji apple trees.
