摘要
本文总结了Ca2+在花粉管、胚芽鞘原生质体、糊粉层原生质体、根冠原生质体等植物细胞胞吐过程中的调节作用,Rop GTPases与Ca2+、annexins与Ca2+在胞吐中的相互协调作用,以及植物细胞中存在的两条分泌途径。
The regulation roles of Ca^2+ on exocytosis in pollen tubes, coleoptile protoplasts, aleurone layer protoplasts and root cap protoplasts, and the concerted regulation of Rop GTPases and annexins with Ca^2+ respectively in exocytosis were reviewed in this paper. Two secretory pathways present in plant cells were also introduced.
