植物源农药对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊幼虫的室内毒力测定和田间防治效果 被引量:11

Toxicity Determination of Botanical Pesticide to Larvae of Bradysia odoriphaga Yang et Zhang in Laboratory and Its Control Effect in Fields

摘要 以天津益博生物技术开发有限公司试用产品植物源农药为试材,采用室内毒力测定和田间防治试验相结合的方法,研究了该药对韭莱迟眼蕈蚊幼虫的杀虫效果。结果表明,植物源农药以400倍液杀虫效果最高,500倍液杀虫效果次之,但二者差异不显著。灌根后14 d校正防效达80%以上,且安全无毒,表现出良好的持效性。 The control effect of the trial botanical pesticide from Tianjin Yibo Biotechnology Development Limited Company on Bradysia odoriphaga was studied through toxicity determination in laboratory and field experiment. The results showed that the control lowed by 500 times solution, but there was not effect of 400 times of botanical pesticide was the best folsignificant differences between them. After fertilized under ground for 14 days, its corrective control effect was over 80%, and it was safe and nontoxic with better persistenee.
