7例人工反球肩关节置换术的护理

Perioperative nursing of 7 patients undergoing artifical reverse shoulder arthroplasty

总结了7例人工反球肩关节置换术患者的围手术期护理。手术前后注重患肢的观察和护理,术后进行有效的体位管理和疼痛管理,保持关节腔引流管通畅,注意观察引流液的性质、颜色及量,积极预防并发症。本组1例出现感染,经敏感药物对症治疗后治愈,其余6例切口均甲级愈合且无并发症发生,术后复查肩关节活动度满意。

This paper summarizes the perioperative nursing of 7 patients undergoing artificial reverse shoulder replacement surgery. The key points were perioperative observation and nursing care of the affected limbs,postoperative posture care and pain management,carful drainage tube care of the joint cavity,close observation of the nature,color and volume of drainage fluids,prevention of postoperative complications. One case suffered from postoperative infection and was cured after targeted treatment and the other patients achieved primary incision healing without complications. Their shoulder flexibilitv recovered well.
