摘要 剖宫产是解决难产及高危妊娠的一种产科手术。近些年来，剖宫产率在世界范围内呈上升趋势^[1]。2010年WHO在亚洲的调查显示，中国的剖宫产率为46．2％，位居亚洲首位嘲，远高于WHO倡导的10％～15％”^[2]，其中无剖宫产指征的剖宫产率,
