反复呼吸道感染患儿血清免疫状态的变化规律

Variation of serum immune status of children with recurrent respiratory tract infections

目的探讨反复呼吸道感染患儿血清免疫状态的变化规律。方法选取2010年10月-2011年6月医院进行治疗的51例反复呼吸道感染患儿为研究对象,将其设为观察组,同时选取同期的51名健康儿童为对照组,将两组儿童的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白水平及红细胞免疫因子水平进行检测及比较。结果观察组CD3+(53.37±3.61)%、CD4+(42.25±3.49)%、CD8+(33.23±2.19)%及IgA(6.05±0.79)mg/L、IgM(9.17±1.09)mg/L、IgG(6.15±0.22)g/L、C3b受体花环率(11.05±1.63)%、免疫黏附促进因子(42.56±2.51)%均低于对照组;CD4/CD8(1.27±0.19)、免疫复合物花环率(4.53±0.22)%及免疫黏附抑制因子(35.13±1.95)%均高于对照组,且发作期与缓解期差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论反复呼吸道感染患儿血清免疫状态的变化规律较为明显,且与其所处的分期有着较大的相关性。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the variation of the serum immune status of the children with recurrent respiratory tract infections.METHODS A total of 51 children with recurrent respiratory tract infections who were treated in hospital from Jan 2009 to Jun 2011 in the hospital were chosen as the research objects and set as the observation group,and 51 healthy children at the same period were selected as the control group.The peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets,the level of immunoglobulin and the level of immune factors in erythrocyte of the children in the two groups were tested and compared.RESULTS The CD3＋（53.37 ±3.61）%,CD4＋（42.25±3.49）%,CD8＋（33.23±2.19）% and IgA（6.05±0.79） mg/L,IgM（9.17±1.09）mg/L,IgG（6.15±0.22）g/L,the C3b receptor rosette rate（11.05±1.63）%,and the immune adhesion-promoting factor（42.56±2.51）% of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The CD4/CD8（1.27±0.19）,immune complex rosette rate（4.53±0.22）% and immune adherence inhibitory factor（35.13±1.95）% of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences in the exacerbation and remission were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION The variation of the serum immune status of the children with recurrent respiratory tract infections is significant,which is closely associated with the stage.
