奥硝唑局部给药治疗牙周炎的临床效果观察

Clinical effect of local delivery of ornidazole for treatment of periodontitis

目的观察奥硝唑局部给药治疗牙周炎的临床效果。方法将奥硝唑0.5g与地塞米松0.75mg,研成粉末加甘油10ml调成均匀糊剂备用;全部160例患者的患牙均先行洁治术、袋内壁刮治术等牙周手术治疗,术后用3%过氧化氢和生理盐水交替冲洗,观察组在上述基础上用棉捻醮上述制备奥硝唑糊剂约50mg,用探针导入牙周袋内,2次/d,连续7d,用药期间注意口腔卫生,对照组用探针蘸适量碘甘油导入牙周袋内,1次/d,连续7d为1个疗程;记录并观察治疗前后患牙的菌斑指数(PI)、牙龈指数(GI)、牙周探诊深度(PD)、疼痛程度(PS)。结果观察组总有效率达94.07%,对照组总有效率仅为55.05%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前后PI、GI、PD和PS差值比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),所有患者均无不良反应发生。结论奥硝唑局部给药治疗牙周炎疗效较好,无不良反应。

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of local delivery of ornidazole for treatment of periodontitis.METHODS The 0.5g of ornidazole with 0.75mg of dexamethasoneand and 10ml of glycerol were transferred into uniform paste.All 160 patients were all taken teeth scaling technique,bags and other wall curettage treatment of periodontal surgery at first.Patients were rinsed alternately with 3% hydrogen peroxide and saline.The observation group was treated with a cotton twist on the preparation of ornidazole agents paste about 50mg on the basis of the above and transferred into the periodontal pocket with a probe,2 times a day for 7 days,attention was paid to oral hygiene during the treatment.The teeth before and after treatment of plaque index（PI）,gingival index（GI）,probing depth（PD）,pain（PS） were recorded and observed.RESULTS The effective rate of the observation group was 94.07%,while the control group was only 55.05%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the differences in PI,GI,PD and PS before and after the treatment were statistically significant（P〈0.05） there were not adverse reactions that occurred in any patient.CONCLUSION The effect of local delivery of ornidazole for treatment of periodontitis is good without any adverse reaction.
