颈动脉硬化伴幽门螺杆菌感染患者甲胎蛋白水平的研究

Research on level of serum AFP of carotid atherosclerosis patients with Helicobacter pyloriinfections

目的研究幽门螺杆菌感染人群的血清甲胎蛋白水平与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法对符合条件的68名中老年幽门螺杆菌感染体检者,进行颈动脉超声检查,根据超声结果分成颈动脉粥样硬化组46例,及正常组22例,并根据实验室资料进行相关分析。结果颈动脉粥样硬化组,平均年龄(56.57±6.09)岁,高于正常组的(53.00±3.56)岁,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);颈动脉粥样硬化组甲胎蛋白水平为(3.94±2.16)μg/L,正常组甲胎蛋白水平为(2.79±1.86)μg/L,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);采用以年龄为协变量的协方差分析,对颈动脉粥样硬化组和正常组的甲胎蛋白水平进行分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论当幽门螺杆菌感染人群发展至颈动脉粥样硬化病变阶段,其血清甲胎蛋白会明显升高,具有临床研究价值。

OBJECTIVE To explore the correlation of the level of serum AFP with carotid atherosclerosis in patients with Helicobacter pylori infections.METHODS Carotid ultrasonography was performed for 68 eligible elderly patients with H.pylori infections;based on the results of carotid ultrasonography,the patients were divided into carotid atherosclerosis group（n=46） and the normal control group（n=22）,the statistical analysis of the laboratory data was performed.RESULTS The mean age in carotid atherosclerosis group was（56.57±6.09）,significantly higher than（53.00±3.56）of the normal group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the serum AFP concentration in carotid atherosclerosis group was（3.94±2.16）μg/L,significantly higher than（2.79±1.86）μg/L of the normal group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;covariance analysis by using the age as a covariant showed that there was statistical difference in the level of serum AFP between carotid atherosclerosis group and the normal group,the difference was statistically significant（P=0.05）.CONCLUSION As the population infected with H.pylori develop to the stage of carotid atherosclerosis,the serum AFP level will be elevated significantly,which can be taken as a valuable indicator in clinical diagnosis.
