The concepts of （λ,μ） -fuzzy subsemiring, （λ,μ） -fuzzy left ideal, （λ,μ） -fuzzy right ideal, （λ,μ） - fuzzy two-side ideal, （λ,μ）-fuzzy bi-ideal in semirings were introduced, some good properties of （λ,μ）-fuzzy subsemiring and （λ,μ）-fuzzy ideals were also discussed. Finally many equivalent conditions for these several （λ,μ）-fuzzy ideals were given.
