摘要
自1975年,Kohler创建杂交瘤技术并成功制备单克隆抗体以来,人们己研制出数以千计的单克隆抗体。单克隆抗体因其高度的靶向特异性已经成为科学研究,疾病诊断,药物靶向治疗等不可或缺的工具。山于杂交瘤技术制备单克隆抗体为鼠源性,在人体应用时易发生免疫排斥反应,难以有效激发人体免疫效应,而人源的基因工程抗体很好地解决了这一问题。借助DNA重组和蛋白质工程技术,人们可以获得人源单克隆抗体,
