摘要
对常州市高职学生创业心理的影响因素进行了系统的研究,提出并分析了影响高职学生创业心理的四个因素:个人基本情况、个人特质、创业态度和创业倾向。通过对常州市高职院校在校学生进行相关问卷调查后,采用SPSS软件对数据进行了描述性统计分析和相关性分析,得出了创业态度和个人特质对常州市高职学生的创业倾向有显著性影响的结论,同时,经过统计分析得到了影响因素中具有重要影响性的度量指标。
This paper made a systematic study on influences of entrepreneurial psychology of Vocational Students in Changzhou, then proposed and analyzed the four factors that affect vocational students＇ entrepreneurial psychology： Basic Personal situation, Personal characteristics, entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial orientation. After the relevant survey about vocational students in Changzhou, this study uses the SPSS software to the data to carry on the descriptive statistical analysis and the relevant analysis, and then make a conclusion that Personal characteristics and entrepreneurial attitude have significant impact on entrepreneurial orientation of Changzhou vocational students, and obtained the important influential measure target through statistical analysis.
