摘要
近十年来,我国关于"成人有效教学"的研究经历了起步、发展和繁荣三个阶段。研究内容主要涉及成人有效教学的内涵、成人教学有效性缺失及成人有效教学策略等。研究虽然取得了一定成果,但还存在着研究成果重复、研究内容缺乏深度、研究方法单一等问题。对近十年有关成人有效教学的研究成果进行梳理、概括与反思,以期促进这一研究的进一步深入。
In recent ten years, the research on adult effective teaching in our country has gone through three stages: start, development and prosperity. The research mainly related to the connotation, the lack of effectiveness and the strategies of adult effective teaching. The research has made some achievements, but there are several deficiencies such as duplication, the lack of research depth, simple research methods and some other issues. This article would make induction, generalization and reflection on adult effective teaching for about the past 10 years, with a view to promoting the further study.
