摘要
结构主义是项目课程改革的核心理念。借助课程结构的思维方法,可将教师知识分为学科结构和工作结构。教师知识的学科结构难以适应课程改革的需要,同时,也阻碍着教师专业发展。教师应该抓住课程改革的时机,实现学科结构向工作结构的有效转化。
Structuralism is the core concept of the project curriculum reform, with the thinking of course structure, the paper divides teacher knowledge into disciplines and work structure. Teacher knowledge of the subject struc- ture is not only difficult to adapt to the needs of the curriculum reform, but also hinders the teachers' professional development. Teachers should seize the opportunity of curriculum reform to transform the subject structure into the work structure.
