摘要
采用等温淬火与金相观察相结合的方法研究了离心铸造Ti47Al2Nb1Cr1W0.2Si合金的凝固特征。确定了合金的固、液相线温度分别为1465和1520℃。应用一次真空感应熔炼离心铸造气阀,获得过热度对气阀成型性及氧含量的影响规律,确定了使气阀获得良好成型且氧含量低的最佳过热度为160℃。
The solidification characteristics of centrifugal casting Ti47A12Nb1Cr1W0.2Si alloy was studied by means of the isothermal quenching technology and optical microscope (OM) observation. The solidus and liquidus of the alloy were determined to be 1465 ~C and 1520 ~C, respectively. The Ti47A12NblCrlW0.2Si alloy car valves were cast with different superheats by the single step centrifugal casting process. The influence of the superheat on the fraction of fully filled mould and oxygen content of valve was studied. The results show that the best superheat for casting car valves is 160℃.
