摘要
企业职工培训是旨在全面提高企业员工的文化、技术、管理等水平,增强其任职能力和岗位适应能力,改善其工作绩效,从而实现组织和个人的"双丰收"。然而,培训成果的转化率不足、企业投资回报率低制约着企业培训活动发挥其自身的最大价值。究其根源,主要是受员工个体特征、培训项目设计、转化氛围等因素的影响。要增强企业职工培训成果的有效转化,就必须深化认识、明确职责,合理有序地选择和安排培训内容,建立学习型组织等。
Enterprise staff training is designed to comprehensively improve the level of culture, technology and manage- ment of the employees, enhance their adaptabilities for tenure and .job, and improve work efficiency so as to achieve the "dual-harvest" for the organizations and individuals. However, the transformation rate of the training fruits isn't enough, and the returning rate of investment from enterprises is low, which still restrict its maximum value of enterprises' training activities. Tracking the root of these problems, it is affected mainly by staff individual characteristics, design of training programs, climate for transfer of training and other factors. Thus, to enhance the transformation efficiency of the enterprise staff training, it must deepen understanding and clarify responsibilities, select and arrange training contents reasonably and orderly, and establish the learning organizations and so on.
