摘要
个案调查结果显示,职业学校德育对象在行为习惯、道德素质、学习积极性等方面与普高生存在一定差距。集团化办学为职业学校德育工作开拓了新途径,能够增强学生对职业内容和职业道德规范的理解,提高德育效果。集团内的职业学校应充分利用集团化办学资源,建立以实践为导向的德育模式,构建以学校和企业为"双主体"的德育评价体系。
The results of case survey show that there exists a certain gap between the objects of moral education of vocational schools and regular college students. Collectivization school-running can expand new paths for moral education work of vocational schools and strengthen students' understanding for professional content and professional code of ethics, so as to improve the effect of moral education. Vocational schools within group should fully use collectivization school-running resources to establish practice-orientod moral education model and construct the moral education evaluation system with "dual-subject" of school and enterprise.
