急性脑梗死患者血清白细胞介素-18和基质金属蛋白酶-9水平及其临床意义 被引量:28

Clinical significance of serum IL-18 and MMP-9 levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction

摘要 目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血清白细胞介素-18(IL-18)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平的变化及其临床意义。方法 53例急性脑梗死患者,根据脑梗死体积和临床神经功能缺损程度评分分组。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清IL-18和MMP-9水平并与正常对照组比较。应用SPSS 13.0版统计软件进行分析。结果急性脑梗死患者血清IL-18和MMP-9水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),大梗死组患者血清IL-18和MMP-9水平高于小梗死组(P<0.05),患者血清IL-18和MMP-9水平与脑梗死体积呈正相关(P<0.05);轻型组、中型组、重型组患者血清IL-18和MMP-9水平依次升高,各组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),患者血清IL-18和MMP-9水平与临床神经功能缺损程度评分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者血清IL-18和MMP-9水平升高;血清IL–18和MMP-9水平与脑梗死体积及临床神经功能缺损程度相关,检测其水平有助于判断急性脑梗死患者的病情及预后。 Objective To investigate the serum interleukin-18 (IL-18) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) lev- els in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI)and the clinical significance. Methods 53 patients with ACI were se- lected. According to the Volume of infarction and the standard of clinical neurologic impairment degree score, they were di- vided into different groups. In all subjects, the serum IL-18 and MMP-9 concentrations were detected by enzyme-linked im- munosorbent assay (ELISA). Comparison and analysis were performed by using a SPSS 13.0 soft. Results The serum IL- 18 and MMP-9 levels in the patients with ACI were significantly higher than those in the healthy subjects( P 〈 0.01 ). The serum levels of IL-18 and MMP-9 increased with the volumes of infarction, the differences between the groups were signifi- cant(P 〈 0.05 ). The serum levels of IL-18 and MMP-9 were correlated with the volumes of infarction( P 〈 0.05). The se- rum levels of IL-18 and MMP-9 increased with the clinical neurologic impairment degree scores,the differences among the groups were significant( all P 〈0.05 ). The serum levels of IL-18 and MMP-9 were correlated with the clinical impairment neurologic degree scores (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The serum levels of IL-18 and MMP-9 are significantly elevated in the patients with ACI. The serum levels of IL-18 and MMP-9 are correlated with the volumes of infarction and the clinical neu- rologic impairment degree scores. Detecting the serum levels of IL-18 and MMP-9 would be helpful for estimating the sever- ity and prognosis of ACI.
