先天性卵圆孔未闭与缺血性卒中的最新研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 卵圆孔作为胎儿生理通道,出生后5~7个月左右随着肺循环建立、左心房压力增高而关闭。如果卵圆窝处原发膈和继发膈未完全融合,中间遗留斜形的缺损,则称为先天性卵圆孔未闭(patent foramen ovale,PFO)。近年发现PFO与不明原因的缺血性脑血管事件关系密切,是缺血性脑卒中的一个新的危险因素,但与PFO相关的脑血管事件是偶发的还是致病的,仍然存在许多争议。本文就PFO的检测方法及其与缺血性卒中的关系研究和进展做一综述。
