经导管主动脉瓣膜置换术的介入护理配合 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨经导管主动脉瓣膜置换术的介入护理配合。方法回顾性分析3例经导管主动脉瓣膜置换术的围手术期护理,包括患者的筛选和准备、术前的器材准备、术中生命体征的监测、与介入医生、麻醉医师的配合。术后观察患者生命体征监测以及各种手术相关并发症的早期识别与处理。结果成功完成3例伴发胸痛、晕厥,超声诊断为严重主动脉瓣狭窄患者,经导管主动脉瓣膜置换术的围手术护理配合。患者术后生存良好,无护理相关并发症。结论通过积极有效的介入护理配合,能有效提高经导管主动脉瓣膜置换术的手术质量,缩短手术时间,减少并发症的发生。
