苏轼与同僚的相处之道及其启示——以居官杭州期间为例

On Enlightenment of Su Shi's Relationship With His Fellow Officials in Hangzhou

同僚关系是古今官场中十分重要且难以处理的一种关系,其间牵涉到权利、责任、情感等多种因素。苏轼一生在宦海中浮沉,处理与同僚的关系是其时刻必须面对的问题。他两度出任杭州地方官,一是作为副手,任杭州通判,一是作为主管,任杭州知州。无论是做副手还是做主管,苏轼都与同僚保持了良好的关系。苏轼在杭州的仕宦经历,从两个侧面完整地诠释了副手如何与正职、正职如何与副手之间的相处之道。苏轼认真吸取了初仕凤翔签判任上的教训,以其经时济世的政治抱负,干练的行政能力,不贪功、不诿过的品质,过人的才华,宽厚待人的性格,形成了其独特的从政风格与魅力,维持了与同僚的和谐、协作关系。这对今天的人们如何处理同僚关系不乏启示意义。

Colleague relations are a difficult matter to deal with in both ancient and present times , especially the relationship be- tween chief leaders and deputies , involving rights, responsibilities and emotions. During his ups and downs in officialdom, Su Shi has to face the problem： how to deal with the relations with his fellow officials. Su Shi twice serves as local officials in Hang- zhou , one as a deputy to the magistrate, the other as the magistrate of Hangzhou. Whether as a chief leader and a deputy, Su Shi maintains good relationships with his fellow officials. His official career in Hangzhou demonstrates what a good relationship between chief position and deputy position is. Su Shi draws lessons from his service as the judge of Fengxiang. His political ambi- tion to serve the people , efficient administrative ability, quality of taking no credit for what he has done and putting no blame on others, exceptional talent and intelligence, character of treating others with kindness and generosity, all help to form his unique political style and his charisma and maintain a harmonious and cooperative relationship with his fellow officials.
