摘要
目的探讨四肢淋巴管畸形的误诊原因、临床诊治特点。方法回顾性分析1例临床表现为脂肪瘤的右上臂淋巴管畸形合并感染患者的临床诊治经过,结合文献复习讨论。结果患者经开放性手术治疗后痊愈。术后病理检查为淋巴管畸形,囊壁和囊腔内发现大量淋巴细胞。结论淋巴管畸形一般无自觉症状,合并感染少见,易误诊为其他体表肿物,确诊需病理组织学检查。
Objective To investigate the causes of misdiagnosis and the characteristics of the fight upper arm lymphatic malformation. Methods The clinical data of one case of the right upper arm lymphatic malformation complicated with infection was analyzed retrospectively based on literature. Results The patient recovered after open operation. Pathologic examination showed lymphatic malformation, with large number of lymphocytes found in the wall and cysts. Conclusion Lymphatic malformations usually have no obvious symptoms, and are rarely compli- cated with infections, which are often misdiagnosed as other body surface tumors. Histopathological examinations are needed to confirm the diagnosis of the disease.
