Strengthen management to reduce occupational exposure to blood-borne infection

目的探讨血源性疾病职业暴露的风险管理模式,为医务人员健康提供保障。方法针对血源性疾病职业暴露的特点采取科学的预警管理、积极的应对管理、严密的追踪管理等规范化管理措施。结果规范化管理后医务人员血源性疾病职业暴露发生率逐年减少,并且未发生职业暴露后感染现象。结论规范化管理血源性疾病职业暴露,可有效防止血源性疾病在医患之间相互传播,使医疗服务的安全性和有效性得到了保障。

Objective To explore risk management on the occupational exposure to blood-borne disease, and to protect the health of medical personnel. Methods Based on the characteristics of occupational exposure to blood-borne diseases, scientific early warning, active management, rigorous tracking were performed to reduce the risk of blood-borne infection. Results After the implement of the standardized management, the occupational exposure to blood-borne diseases reduced year by year. with no blood-borne infections occurred after the exposure. Conclusion Standardized management of occupational exposure to blood-borne diseases can be effective in preventing the spread of blood-borne diseases between medical personnel and patients, guaranteeing the safety and effectiveness of health care.
