热毒宁注射液治疗癌性发热的临床观察

Clinical observation of Reduning injection in the treatment of fever caused by cancer

目的观察热毒宁注射液治疗癌性发热的临床疗效。方法 60例住院的癌性发热患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组采用热毒宁注射液20ml加入5%葡萄糖注射液或生理盐水注射液250ml静脉滴注,1次/d。对照组给予萘普生缓释片0.5g口服,1次/d,两组疗程均为5d。比较两组的疗效和不良反应。结果两组疗效对比,经卡方检验χ2=0.11,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;治疗组未见明显不良反应;对照组不良反应:胃痛、胃部不适7例,皮肤瘙痒、皮疹2例,头晕、头痛1例,肝功能异常1例,发生率为36.7%。结论热毒宁注射液治疗癌性发热疗效肯定,不良反应少。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Reduning injection in the treatment of the fever caused by cancer. Methods Sixty hospitalized cancer patients with fever were randomly divided into the study group （n=30） and the control group （n=30）. In the study group, patients were treated by intravenous drip injection of 20 ml Re- duning injection added into 250 ml 5% glucose injection or saline, once a day. In the control group, patients were treated with oral naproxen sustained release tablets for 0.5 g, once a day. The treatment course of the two groups was both 5 d. The efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The efficacy of the two groups compared through the chi-square test （X：=0.11, P〉0.05）, which indicated no statistically significant difference between the two groups. No case was found with adverse reactions in the study group, while 11 cases （36.7%） were found with adverse reactions in the control group, including 7 cases of stomach pain and stomach discomfort, 2 cases of skin rashes and itching, one case of dizziness and headache, and one case of abnormal liver function. Conclusion Reduning injec- tion is effective for treating malignant fever caused by cancer, with less adverse reactions.
