摘要 获得性血友病A（acquited hemophilia A,AH-A）是由于非血友病患者体内自发性产生针对凝血因子Ⅷ（FⅧ）的特异性自身抗体（FⅧantibody,亦称FⅧ抑制物）而引起的1种出血性疾病[1,2]。这种自身抗体能引起FⅧ活性降低,
