煤矿井下粉尘浓度监控系统的设计

摘要 介绍一种基于虚拟仪器技术的煤矿井下煤尘浓度监测及控制系统,该系统可应用在煤矿井下各个巷道及采集面环境中,实时监测采煤现场及流通巷道内煤尘的浓度状况,并通过CAN总线网络上传到上位机处;上位机软件系统采用虚拟仪器技术设计完成,完成数据实时显示、记录、报警及分析处理并下发动作指令功能。 One monitor and control system of coal dust concentration based on virtual instrument technology is introduced. It can be used in various environments such as coal mine underground roadway and collecting surface, which real-time monitor dust concentration of coal mining and circulation roadway. And then these parameters are sent to host computer through CAN bus network. The PC software system based on virtual technology is designed to realize real-time monitoring, data display and record, alarm, analysis and send function command to control units.
